Supporting the Natural and Cultural Resources along the Delaware River and Its Tributaries

Cleanup 2024 - 9:00 Bull’s Island, Warsaw Road/Picnic Area

REGISTRATION LOCATION: BULLS ISLAND RECREATION AREA, 2185 DANIEL BRAY HIGHWAY, STOCKTON, NJ 

Volunteers will check in with cleanup organizers at the Bulls Island Recreation Area Office at assigned times.

PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Time Location and Details:

  • 9:00 am Warsaw Road/Picnic Area:Volunteers will get a ride on the LINK, Hunterdon County’s bus system, to the Warsaw Road to cleanup the river shoreline and then walk 2 miles south to the Point Pleasant Parking Area, picking up litter along the way. The Link bus will pick up volunteers at Point Pleasant and return them to Bulls Island.

What to wear/bring: Water, long pants, sturdy footwear, insect repellent, gloves will be provided but you may wish to have sturdier ones.

Complimentary Clean-up tee shirt will be provided! 

Restrictions: Families are welcome for the clean up, with at least 1 adult per 3 children under 13. 
All volunteers must sign a Volunteer Cleanup Waiver; please print out, complete, and sign waiver below for each participant and bring with you to the cleanup.
